International private banking company with more than 50 locations worldwide are currently recruiting for a Relationship Manager Assistant to join their office in Edinburgh.

Your new role
As the Relationship Manager Assistant, you will assist the Relationship Manager with the delivery of high quality service and support for a client base.

This will include; providing fundamental support in all phases of client service, relationship building and account management; responding to client enquiries on account documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, security information and general products; handling the preparation of documentation, presentations; and mailings and monitoring potential risk activity in the client base.

What you'll need to succeed
The role of Relationship Manager Assistant will require diversification, flexibility, experience of financial products and a broad industry knowledge.

As this is a client facing role, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of good judgement. You will be a natural team player, however you must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

You will have knowledge and experience of client management, with strong organisational and planning skills and will have IMC, Level 4, PCIAM6 or equivalent.
