- Deliver unparalleled customer service, building rapport to serve and retain customers
- Deliver systems support, providing demos where necessary
- Guiding clients through the Company's platform
- Providing relevant market updates and discussing significant market movements
- Explaining the benefits of the different types of transaction available on the Company's platform
- Managing client/ payment issues through to completion
- Following procedures from first intro call to ongoing client retention
- Implementation of new procedures introduced by management
- Maximizing the number of key clients who use the platform
- Seeking referrals, recommendations and new client opportunities
