Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unparalleled customer service, building rapport to serve and retain customers
  • Deliver systems support, providing demos where necessary
  • Guiding clients through the Company's platform
  • Providing relevant market updates and discussing significant market movements
  • Explaining the benefits of the different types of transaction available on the Company's platform
  • Managing client/ payment issues through to completion
  • Following procedures from first intro call to ongoing client retention
  • Implementation of new procedures introduced by management
  • Maximizing the number of key clients who use the platform
  • Seeking referrals, recommendations and new client opportunities
