SALES EXECUTIVE - Basic salary £18k - £20k OTE £22500 - £
My client is a market leading provider of Life and Protection products. Due to their continued success and expansion they have an opportunity for a talented individual to join their team.
Purpose of the Role:
To deliver high quality telephone based service to potential clients, the first point of contact following enquiries concerning Life and Protection products, checking the suitability of products before arranging for an Adviser to contact the client to complete a full fact find and make recommendations. Managing pipeline of leads ensuring consumers are contacted within agreed timeframes.
·Delivering telephone based details of Life and Protection products to consumers
·Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards are met.
·Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and priorities
·Maintaining knowledge, skills and personal performance to the required standards through a full training and competence scheme approach
·Ensuring that the agreed process is followed and that all actions are well documented and well communicated.
Experience, Competencies and Qualifications
·Experience within Financial Services is desirable but not essential
Experience within a Telephone based role
·Strong Customer orientation and engagement skills
·Highly motivated with a drive to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
·A driven individual with committed to person development and progression.
·Strong Organisation skills with the ability to manage personal time and focus to maximise productivity and results
