Our leading financial services client are undertaking a large transformation of its approach to access management & internal security. As such are implementing a new Operating Model within the space top ensure its security becomes more robust to internal threats / issues.

As such the business are looking for a number of Senior Business Analysts to work on the implementation of this new Operating Model throughout 2019. This is a large complex piece of work that encompasses both products & system changes. As such the business requires a TOM Implementation specialist to help deliver this piece of work.

Please note although these roles are highly delivery focused they are business facing positions rather than technical / IT focused.

The business are looking for candidates with the following experience:

  • Financial services - ideally banking
  • Specific TOM Implementation programme exposure
    • To have understood the TOM
    • Assisted in making changes whilst going through implementation
    • Working closely with business / product teams on inputs to the TOM
    • Working the operating model through business readiness into delivery & implementation
  • Working experience or some knowledge of Access Management or internal IT security (this is not a prerequisite)
  • Agile delivery (this is a lab driven area & agile delivery will be key).

The role will involve:

  • Change impact assessments
  • Preparing business readiness activities
  • Working closely with implementation / delivery teams through launches
  • TOM changes
  • TOM analysis
  • Managing key business / IT stakeholders through delivery
  • Managing workshops

The programme next year moves into delivery phase and there will be implementations throughout 2019. Whilst the roles are 6 month initial contracts there is likely to be 12 months of work within the space with follow on work potentially available. All candidates must have specific experience of implementing TOM's within large scale (ideally financial services) organisations.
