Senior University Partnerships Manager - City, London, United Kingdom, EC1A2
FJWilson Talent Services (a recruitment and search agency) has a Senior University Partnerships Manager vacancy working for our client - a dynamic and rapidly-growing FinTech company which provides private student loans to UK students and graduates.
The basic starting salary is circa £45,000 (up to a maximum of £50K for a very experienced candidate), plus a benefits package which includes private health and dental insurance.
Government loans are typically the best financing option, and our client strongly suggest students make the most of them first. But if government student loans aren't enough or an individual doesn't qualify, our client then can provide a great option to help fund the cost of tuition or living expenses.
Since being founded in 2014, our client has already loaned over £65million to students across 150 universities across the UK. Our client uses data sets (from the likes of HESA) to evaluate key lending criteria such as employability and future earnings statistics.Such data helps our client rank HEIs and departments/schools in order of lending probability; this in turn helps the business focus their engagement activities.
Our client is a highly ethical lender, has recently partnered with UCAS, and is focused on developing meaningful engagement activities across HEIs to help students achieve their dreams.
Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Director, and part of a small team, this post holder will be working on highly targeted university partnerships.
The purpose of thedevelopment work will be to enrich the HEIs student proposition (as finance plays a key part to this), increase brand awareness, and ultimately increase applications from students with the strongest probability of loan success.You will be collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders both internally and across each University partner. (e.g finance, marketing, recruitment and student welfare departments).

- An established network of contacts within Higher Education;
