Our client, a leading financial services business based in London are looking to recruit an Interim Project Manager to manage their restructuring of bank accounts across the business. This role is part of a larger scale project which is aimed at transforming the Treasury facility over the next 1 - 2 years. Initially this will be a 12 to 18 month fixed term contract and there will be a 20% bonus paid on completion of the project.

Duties include:

  • Managing the move of the banking activity of the company to the chosen banking partner
  • Working closely with the Treasury Team ensuring the relevant controls are in place and working closely with the senior stakeholders throughout
  • Coordinate with both regional and international finance teams to deliver solutions including requirements gathering, bank portal setup, testing, user training, user documentation and business readiness activities
  • Work closely with Treasury Operations to reduce the volume of banks and accounts
  • Liaise with bank project teams to implement Treasury banking solutions, as well as looking at enhanced banking solutions
  • Communicate with Group Treasury to implement appropriate sweep / cash pooling structures to facilitate upstreaming of own funds to Treasury
  • Work and communicate with relevant business partners and stakeholders
  • Previous Project Management experience within a Bank or Corporate Treasury environment
  • Previous experience of Bank account restructuring
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
