This large City based International bank are looking to recruit a proactive and strong communicator who has acquired proven Relationship Management or Client services work experience within a banking environment. The successful candidate will have previous Payments/Treasury product knowledge as well as experience implementing new initiatives and assisting with managing projects. Primary duties will include:- Being responsible for providing client services across the bank being the interface for Operations for the banks business partners. To effectively manage the relationship by maintaining regular contact with the business by holding regular meetings or by communication by phone and email. Dealing with Route cause issues, support new business opportunities by working closely with business and operations to enhance processes to ensure timely and efficient processing. To develop & maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Excellent Microsoft office skills are required. Full banking benefits apply. Ref DMB.
