An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Fiduciary and Administrative service provider for UHNW families and individuals whose wealth is held globally. The role is for a Trust professional and will entail helping with the running of the London Family Office, being the day-to-day contact for private clients, as well as acting as the liaison point for the offices in different jurisdictions.

Trust and Corporate Administration Duties:

  • UK property and investment holding companies, overseas investment holding entities, and Trust structures
  • Support the Director
  • Liaise with business partners, accountants, solicitors, bankers, investment managers, stockbrokers, service providers, and beneficiaries.
  • Assist accounting team with queries including gathering additional information as required for the preparation of financial statements
  • Bank Account reconciliations
  • Personal services to family members
  • Manage trust and company bank accounts, prepare and distribute bank instructions, authorise online payments and perform call-backs
  • Respond to KYC and Due diligence requests
  • Prepare budgets
  • Prepare invoices
  • Distribute correspondence

As the office is small at present, all staff members are involved in Office Duties which include:

  • Preparation and organisation of meetings rooms and diary
  • Dealing post, invoice management, ordering supplies
  • Health and Safety Officer
  • Resolving IT issues
  • Typing dictated responses and hand-written documents
  • Petty cash payments and reconciliations
  • Maintain office databases
  • General filing
