We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Executing transactions within the context of deal teams
  • Creating and preparing client presentations in support of new business development and transaction execution
  • Developing, analysing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
  • Coordinating and performing business due diligence
  • Preparing confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
  • Valuing companies and businesses
  • Helping market and plan engagements
  • Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients
  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to Associates and Financial Analysts
  • Performing other administrative and operational duties as dictated by the group's needs
  • Top academic performance; ability to learn quickly and perform in an unstructured environment
  • Eight years of investment banking experience (top tier IBD or boutique preferred)
  • Excellent deal exposure
  • Proven advanced accounting, finance, financial modelling, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful problem solver driven to succeed
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and organisational skills and ability to multitask are essential
